Hello everyone, I am Bill. I come from Xuzhou , Jiangsu province, but now I am a Suzhou native.

First of all, I'd like to talk with you about my English learning journey. I met my wife three years after I came to Suzhou, then she advised me to learn English, but I didn't agree with her because I thought I worked well and did not use English in my company, and the biggest reason was that I darenot open my mouth to speak English. So I refused to study. As the time passed,I got elder and there were more and more challenges lay ahead of me, I realized the importance of English. Last year I encouraged myself to learn English, and I chose World for my English learning.

Second, since I joined the world, I always reminded myself to learn it well, and I had no spare time to waste. So I attended every class on time, did Speexx before class and recited the new words. I liked to take notes and keep them well, I went over it every once in a while. I kept the hand outs well and often reviewed it too.

In addition, I also made a few friends of  foreigners in my community. I forced myself to speak and listened to English, certainly sometimes needed some body languages. I often browsed through their WeChat and something could be harvested.
 

Now, although I can'tspeak fluently with foreigners, I dare to speak loudly in any situation, I think this is my greatest improvement. No pain no gain, let's keep going on.
